Join fellow Columbia Hokies for an entertaining evening with Lu Merritt. He will share insight on Virginia Tech Athletics. Associate Director of Alumni Relation, Greg Fansler, will also give an update on Virginia Tech initiatives.

Jillian’s in the Vista
Alright Folks…Thursday night…big night. Virginia Tech squares off against Georgia Tech in a game that will further define the Coastal Division race in the ACC football standings, but who didn’t know that already?!
With that said…we have moved the party to the large Palmetto room in the front of Jillian’s and will be provided some hors d’oeuvres by the friendly people at Jillian’s (think wings, chips and dip and tenders, not foie gras and caviar). We will have the large TV set up, all the Hokie gear decorating the room, free food and great Hokie fellowship. And with Friday being Veteran’s Day, and a day off for most, there is no excuse to cut loose for this one (you can find Yellow Cab and Blue Taxi on google.com).
Feel free to bring friends and family as this will surely be a good time. HOWEVER, please do not forget that we will also be cleaning up litter on our adopted street (Hampton Street) from 9 am to 11 am on Saturday, November 12th! I hope to see you all on Thursday night and again on Saturday morning.
